This is repeat stop to the Apollo Grill. The last time I got a burrito from Apollo turned out to be a disastrous event. The bacon was soggy and everything seemed mixed together like a tortilla full of breakfast mush. And bad mush at that. But this time around things were much better. I don’t know if there was a different cook or if the bacon was made fresh, but it was definitely an improvement. The place was still empty and lacking of any kind of life. It’s still a good burrito regardless. Just goes to show ratings are subject to change. You’re only as good as your last burrito.
