Benito's Tacos makes a Mexican style breakfast burrito. I had the option of a chorizo, machaca, or potato burrito. For the sake of greasy goodness I selected the chorizo one. When the tortilla was heated on the griddle it rendered a toasted brown polka-dot exterior making the burrito look like it was a creation cooked up by Dr. Seuss. There were no green eggs and ham within, rather cheese, eggs, and grease-laden chorizo. All the workings were mixed together well which made the burrito consistent from top to bottom. There were no lumps or pockets of cheese or other items you find in other breakfast burritos. However, gravity did do its work on the up right burrito pulling grease down to the bottom giving the last few bites a greasy surge of chorizo-cheese filled flavor. A very good burrito but eat it with caution if you’re about run a 10k, or do some yoga in the park.
