El Pollo Loco has the best taco I have ever had at a major fast food chain. That statement doesn’t amount to much when you are in the company of Taco Bell, Del Taco, and Jack in the Box. Despite me comparing it a real motley crew of crappy tacos, I still thought it was good. El Pollo does a serviceable job of cooking meat, and the shell had a very greasy level of crispyness. That’s good enough for two stars.
