The taco had some good attributes but also some problems too. Campos has a decent crispy taco however I felt like the ground beef was ground a little too much. It was borderline meat paste which is gross, but thankfully it was not pure puree. One thing that salvaged the tacos was the salsa bar. Campos has a well maintained bar with a variety of fresh spicy salsas. The lettuce was a tad pale and the cheese was scarce but the shell was crunchy and greasy.
