Portillo’s is a famous Chicago eatery that for my sake has extended their franchise to Buena Park. While working down in O.C. for the day I took the opportunity to visit. The burger was very good, the only problem was that I ate a chili cheese dog before hand so I wasn’t all that hungry, but that is my doing and should not count against the burger. It is also not the best photograph, but rest assure it was as good looking as it was delicious. Pair the chili dog and burger up with a some fries and a Coke and you’ve got yourself a few thousand calories of pure self indulgence. I could have used my bike at that point, instead after I was done working I returned for a beef, cheese on a croissant, and some cheese fries. Truly fighting fire with fire.
