The best way for me to explain the Juicy Burger is... It’s like The Umami Burger went off to college, got wasted everyday, joined a fraternity, sat on the couch and played Call of Duty all day, and then came home for the holidays ten lbs. heavier. The Juicy Burger certainly lived up to its name, cause this thing was juicy! Juicy Burger is one of those places where you have a checklist of options on how you want your burger. I opted for the fried egg on mine, because it was going to be that kind of burger. My free wielding hand check-listed a beast of a burger. One problem with the burger off the bat was the bun. It was certainly big, and upon gripping the burger, all of the succulent juices were pressed right out of the back instead of being absorbed by the bun. I doubt the second option, the ciabatta bread would have faired any better. Other than bread problems it was still big fat and greasy, just the way a burger should be. And the price was good too being that this burger was essentially a greasier fatter version of the Umami Burger.
