Pancho’s did everything pretty well in constructing a textbook hard shell beef taco. One big complaint that I had was the middle of the shell lost some its crispy integrity. A weak hull means compromised texture which is not good eating. While the salsa bar was weak there was a healthy helping of cheese on each taco. Plus they were pretty cheap so I’d go back for seconds.
